Dr. Udit completed his MBBS from M.L.B. Medical College, Jhansi, followed by postgraduate training in Internal Medicine from U.P. University of Medical Sciences (UPUMS), Saifai. He subsequently pursued specialized training in Nephrology at the prestigious Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences (ILBS), New Delhi. His professional experience with the Kailash Group of Hospitals has further strengthened his expertise in managing a wide range of complex kidney conditions.
His clinical interests include chronic kidney disease, acute kidney injury, glomerular diseases, renovascular diseases, hypertension, urinary tract infections, stone disease and renal transplantation. He also has a special interest in critical care nephrology, interventional nephrology and preventive nephrology, including procedures such as renal biopsy and PermCath insertion.
Dr. Udit provides care across different stages of kidney disease, from prevention and early detection to advanced treatment and renal replacement therapies. His areas of care include diabetic kidney disease, electrolyte and acid–base disorders, kidney complications in critically ill patients, dialysis-related care, pre-transplant evaluation and post-transplant management.
Working closely with critical care teams and other medical and surgical specialties, he follows a multidisciplinary approach to ensure coordinated and comprehensive management of complex kidney conditions.
